Not so fast: Red-light runners take 19 cities to court over fine

SEATTLE — Ginger Luke got a ticket in the mail citing her for a violation at a Federal Way intersection. It tagged her for failing to stop completely at a red light before making a right-hand turn.

Downtown Graffiti

US cities may have to be bulldozed in order to survive

Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic “shrink to survive” proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline.
